Romantic end of the Julian Assange affair?

Wikijustice objections, analyzes and actions – part 2

Inconsistent picture and video storytelling

The photo of the Morris / Assange couple published by the Daily Mail and taken up in a version cut by Stella Morris’ current Twitter and Facebook accounts never tires of questioning the inconsistencies in the journalistic story. The couple have been together since 2015. They are pictured on a street in a city entwined. But then, in 2015, was Julian Assange not confined to a room in the Embassy of Ecuador, prohibited from going out on pain of being imprisoned and extradited to Sweden? Could he calmly walk the London boulevards with a smile with Stella Morris? So we were lied to.

I don’t like to point the finger at the physique of people and those who read my articles will not find thoughtless critics of this type. But the composition of the photo published by the Daily Mail on April 11 (1) and taken up by Stella Morris on her twitter and Facebook account is so strange that it forces me to make the following comment: an attentive observer will see, in looking at the bottom of the photo, that Julian Assange’s legs are cut at the level of his calves and those of Stella Morris at his feet. Having seen the two people in the flesh several times and knowing that Stella Morris is very small (less than 1 meter 55) and Julian Assange rather tall (1 meter 90), the difference in size means that it is impossible that the head of Madame Morris attached to Julian Assange reaches her chin, at most it can reach her chest. It is logical and it is obvious to all those who have seen the two protagonists of the story in real life. Their legs were cut out on the photo to be able to “adjust” the characters and reduce their dysmorphism. I therefore affirm that this photo is faked.

Coming back to the storytelling of the same press a few years ago, the inconsistencies are even more glaring. A Guardian article from May 15, 2018 (2) describes in intriguing detail the intrusive surveillance that Julian Assange was subjected to in the “embassy” from 2016 to March 2018. UC Global agents watched him for years the surveillance cameras of a security PC installed in a neighboring building. They checked the passports of all those entering to visit him and transmitted their contact details first to Rafaël Correa and then to Lenin Moreno. In these conditions, since UC Global would have sold the images to the American authorities, these authorities were therefore perfectly aware of Assange’s relationship with Stella Morris. No need to steal baby diapers, just watch what’s going on in the privacy of the apartment via the cameras, obscene pornographic process if any, but it seems that nothing has been spared Julian Assange. The article specifies that the government of Correa cut the internet to Julian Assange definitively in February 2018 and he was banned from visiting in March 2018, locked in the “solitary confinement” that we have all started to experience in Europe in recent weeks, and this practically until the end, until April 11, 2019. However, Mrs. Morris affirms today that this is the period in which she visited him permanently, to conceive their second child, then while being pregnant.

It is surprising that Julian Assange never mentioned his “partner” and his future fatherhood for 5 years from 2015 to 2020. Since 2016, his lawyers have never used this vital information to request a stay of the Swedish prosecution or his release as breadwinner, especially in the dramatic moments from May to October 2019 while Julian Assange was locked up in solitary confinement following his conviction for breach of parole. The tearful tale of Stella Morris does not provide us with details on the marital status of children, which are nevertheless important for any legal support action for Julian Assange. Did Julian Assange recognize these children in British civil status? Do they bear his name? Are they Morris, Gonzalez Devant or Smith Robertson? John Shipton, considered as the biological father of Julian Assange, is himself in contradiction with the statements of Stella Morris when on April 18 he once again evokes the “French family” and ignores the children of Morris ( 3). Are we to understand that John Shipton does not consider himself the grandfather of the children whom Stella Morris presents to the press as those of Julian Assange?

On my own, I will only believe Madame Morris’ story if Julian Assange speaks freely in public. It is his right to speak for himself about his own situation. No one should talk about their personal and intimate life for them.

Organizations that protect Stella Morris

Stella Morris claims that she did not take action to save her companion from fear of the attacks of the American government against her children. It is rather ridiculous if one thinks that children born in London are necessarily declared to the civil status, all the more if they live normally endowed with the British nationality transmitted by their mother. The British government was therefore fully aware of the existence of these children and therefore, with great probability, passed the information on to its American counterparts.

The fear of the loving companion of the political prisoner, who has waited 6 years to act, is all the more incomprehensible that she is protected as an collaborator of the famous Baltazar Garzon, former judge of the Spanish Chamber of Instruction Audiencia National 5 .

Having seen firsthand at Westminster Magistrate Court the links that Stella Morris maintains with representatives of other powerful structures, I conclude that she was logically protected by these institutions and was by no means the fragile and lonely single mother whom ‘she presents herself to be. I am talking about the Courage Foundation or officially “Courage Corp, domestic business entity”, located in New York and managed by Nathan Fuller, domiciled at 2790 Brodway appart. 4D, New York 10025 (4). On its website, Courage Corp. presents itself as the Courage Foundation whose Board of Directors is full of whistleblowers, journalists, former agents of the CIA, the NSA, MI5, all more famous than the others. Stella Morris is friends with Naomi Colvin (which I could see with my own eyes from December 2019 to February 2020), who succeeds Sarah Harrison at the head of the Courage “Foundation” in Europe. Stella Morris is also friends with Renata Avila, member of the Board of Diem 25 and close to the Greek-Australian politician active in Berlin Yanis Varoufakis. It is easy to see this by attending the Julian Assange trial hearings.

In addition, these people like Naomi Colvin, and Renata Avila, work with the Center for Investigation of Journalism, a private British school for journalism training, whose founder Gavin MacFadyen was a friend and supervisor of Julian Assange. The CIJ (5) organizes training sessions funded by rich private foundations in the United States (Reva and David Logan Foundation), in the UK (Lorana Sullivan Foundation, Joseph Rowntree Trust) and in South Africa (David Potter Foundation and Ellen Potter Foundation…). (6) The most important of all is the Bertha Foundation. (7)

The Bertha Foundation was created by the South African billionaire Tony Tabasnik (8) with the largest generic drug laboratory in the country (9). The former deceased lawyer of Julian Assange Michael Ratner was a friend of Tony Tabasnik (10). Certain events of the Center For Investigative Journalism are funded directly by the most famous of foundations, the Open Society Foundation of Georges Soros (11). The Bertha Foundation is also linked by the partnership with the “Hungarian Civil Liberties Union” in Goerges Soros (12). But it is not surprising that these foundations of the largest oligarchs in the Western world work together. The network of structures of Georges Soros forms a global company present on almost all the countries of the globe. (13)

On the German side, the Wau Holland Foundation owns the brand “Project 04 Wikileaks”. Julian Assange was employed by this structure as project manager in 2010-2012 already under the responsibility of the current boss Andy Müller Maguhn. Andy Müller Maguhn is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Courage Foundation (14), this structure which has its headquarters in New York and which collects the money that Europeans in good faith believe to pay for the defense of Julian Assange. Andy Müller Maghun is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Investigative Journalism (15).

The last activity report of the German Wau Holland Foundation dates from 2016, the reports of 2017, 2018 and 2019 have not been published when legally they should be accessible to the public. According to this document (16), the Wau Holland foundation has paid since 2014 (17) part (unspecified) of this money for the benefit “Project freedom of expression”, another name of “Wikileaks” to the Icelandic private company Sunshine Press Production directed by deputy directors Kristinn Hrafnsson and Inga Ragnar Ingasson, Julian Assange in jail obviously cannot manage this business (18). Gavin Mc Fadyen, the company’s third director having died, he cannot manage it either. Stella Morris is in a friendly relationship with Kristinn Hrafnsson what I have seen firsthand and seems to be taken for granted. Finally, let’s add that Stella Morris is friends with Jennifer Robinson, director of the Bertha Foundation, a tool of influence for the South African billionaire Tabasnik (19). She is also the founder of the legal branch of the Bertha Foundation, the Bertha Justice Initiative which is able to give in 2019 500,000 dollars in grants (20) to a large and old organization for the defense of minority rights in the United States, the “Center for Constitutional Right” – the Center for Constitutional Rights. These organizations, which are managed or influenced by the friend of Stella Morris and lawyer for Assange, are therefore not small militant structures.

They are private agencies, a tool for influencing the interests of Anglo-Saxon billionaires and leading German companies. As such, these structures and their decision-makers are obviously known to the intelligence agencies CIA and BND (Bundesnachrichtendienst). As the analyzes cited at the bottom of the page demonstrated, the head of Julian Assange’s lawyer team, Geoffrey Robertson, is a friend of Tony Blair and Georges Soros and works with the World Bank. He is the mentor of Jennifer Robinson (21). Alan Dershowitz, American lawyer and friend of Robertson, is known to have defended the legalization of torture as well as the wealthy pedophile and child trafficker Jeffrey Epstein (22). Dougthy Street Chambers, Robertson’s law firm defended the United States in the Browder-Magnistky case, and Mark Summers, lawyer for Julian Assange at Matrix Chambers has also previously argued for American interests (23). Gareth Peirce, attorney-at-law on the front line of the trial, has been defending his client, who has been victims of torture visible to public witnesses, for the past 9 months very softly (24). As for Baltazar Garzon, he is accused of torture by the Basque and Catalan opposition in Spain among other feats of arms as a judge (25). Meanwhile, the administrators of the current “Wikileaks” are not reluctant to entrust the interests of their structure to communication agencies linked to American politicians who are the first enemies of Julian Assange (26).

Inserted in such a dense network of powerful relationships whose interests are very much in line with those of the American state system, Stella Morris should not fear being kidnapped by the CIA. How is it that she is afraid of it when we, human rights activists, do our duty to defend Julian Assange publicly when we are much less protected than her from attacks by the British and American secret services?

Lies, silences and inconsistencies

In an August 29, 2018 article in the media “Abc news”, Jennifer Robinson states that Julian Assange is in total isolation at 3 rue Hans Crescent, banned from visits and the internet (27). Today, it would be good for her to admit to having lied at the time, since Stella Morris claims to have prepared, for that period, the arrival of her second child conceived with the political prisoner in this same place.

Once these lies are noticed, how can the grassroots activists that we are trust these two women claiming to be also lawyers for Julian Assange? The image of Julian Assange crying on the apartment balcony on May 19, 2017 and brandishing the UN Ruling, forcefully asserting the legal violations he suffered, remains in our memory. Having suffered a first cut in the internet and total isolation since October 2016, Assange is in visible suffering. Today, Stella Morris tells us that it is the period of birth of their first child … We are embarrassed by these contradictions which force us to ask ourselves the question “who is telling the truth, and when is it true” ? A man who is a happy father and supported by his partner cannot bear as much suffering, cannot send an SOS to strangers. It is also my conviction after having seen Julian Assange in “real” and having seen firsthand the signs of sadness and the feeling of being betrayed and abandoned on his face during the hearings of October 21, 2019, of January 13, 2020, February 24, 25, 26 and 26.

The silence of Stella Morris and her absence during the dramatic events of 2019 prevent me from totally believing in the story she tells us in the Daily Mail of April 11, 2020. April 11, 2019, while her companion, the The man of his life, the father of his children, was abducted abruptly by the British secret services and placed in prison before being tried hastily on May 1 and 2, Stella Morris was absent and silent. Nor is she more talkative during the two scary months that follow: May 9, 2019 Nils Melzer says in his report on torture that he visited Julian Assange and noticed the deterioration of his health. Stella Morris is silent. The few visitors admitted to Belmarsh (Ai Wewei, Pamela Anderson, John Shipton) claim that Julian Assange has lost 15 pounds and therefore can die at any time. The video leaked in June, probably from the Wandsworth prison where Assange stays from April 11 to May 2, shows an emaciated and emaciated man. She goes around the internet and many activists are mobilizing in Europe to organize demonstrations before the English courts and the Belmarsh prison, including the French Yellow Vests. Stella Morris, who today claims to have visited Julian Assange in June 2019, as part of the family visits normally granted in British prisons, is silent at the time and does not inform us of the reality of health of the political prisoner. It is incomprehensible and disrespectful for the thousands of activists who devote their energy and means to save his companion and who are anxious about his fate.

It’s criminal for Julian Assange. An intervention by Stella Morris speaking about children would have mobilized public opinion and would have supported the 7 (sic!) Requests for release made by Wikijustice Julian Assange since October 2019.

But the most astonishing is that Stella Morris lets settle and continue the slanderous campaign presenting his companion as a rapist of women deserving this judicial harassment. The smear campaign has been going on since 2010 and has been spread by the same media which today tells the story of the beloved father and his devoted wife. This aggressive and omnipresent campaign was precisely what made it very difficult for left-wing activists to convince feminists, communist and environmental parties, radical left circles of the innocence and good faith of Julian Assange. Why Stella Morris, allegedly a lawyer specializing in Swedish law, never deconstructed the accusation file written by police officer Irmeli Krans when it is riddled with inconsistencies, improbabilities, collusion of interests between complainants, police officer, lawyers and prosecutors, all members of the same socialist political party and pursuing the same political and electoral goals? Why did she never try to help the activists who were working to demonstrate the political flaws in the file?

Why did we have to be alone with this complicated task when it was enough for her to say what she says today, a year too late: Assange is a posed man, gentle, respectful, not at all capable of the unbalanced neurotic of the worst with women that we have been portrayed so many times in the media. Having read the testimony of Julian Assange facing the accusations of Anna Ardin dated August 30, 2010, I learned early on that Assange is more a victim than an offender, but the testimony of an allegedly loving companion and mother of his children would have helped a lot to mobilize the European left circles. I must therefore stress that the absence of Mrs. Morris on the front of the fight did not help us.

The absence and inaction of Stella Morris on the frontline of the fight to save her companion reached its peak in summer 2019. No one spoke of Julian Assange for 2 months. The official media are silent or continue to slander him. Activists of the campaign “Dont Extradite Assange”, “Defend Wikileaks” or “Unity4J” on Twitter do not deliver crucial information on an important audience of July 31 during which the establishment of the extradition procedure is decided . (It should be emphasized here how strange the choice of Twitter as a campaign tool for the release of a European political prisoner. How to explain the complexity of a legal procedure which lasts 10 years in 3 sentences on Twitter when thousands of young activists do not even know who Julian Assange, 10 years having passed since the exploits of “Wikileaks”?)

Jennifer Robinson and John Shipton are then in Australia. No one is visiting Julian Assange anymore and more and more worried voices are rising demanding that the United Kingdom deliver “proofs of life” of a political prisoner seen last alive in mid-June. European activists watch with anguish for the very few letters that reach the public: 3 in all, from June 20 to August 31 while thousands of people from all over Europe are encouraged to write and actually write to Julian Assange at from Belmarsh prison.

The nut number case

Official defense sites of Julian Assange like Defend Wikileaks, the Courage foundation, Unity4J etc. all called in the summer of 2019 to write to the political prisoner in Belmarsh WITHOUT his nut number A9379AY. However, having found this number by chance on the internet “old-fashioned” this number to request a visit to Belmarsh, Wikijustice very quickly obtained the information that this number is necessary (28) for the mail to reach recipient. Without the prisoner’s number, the letter is not delivered to him. However, when we published this information, “official” activists denigrated us publicly. Our first trip to Belmarsh, on September 21, 2019, confirmed that we were right: the nut number is essential if we want the mail to reach Julian Assange. Why the “relatives”, the official Wikileaks networks hid this information, worse, misinformed the militants and it was only when it was no longer possible to hide it, finally made public the nut number of Julian Assange, in October 2019, through the voice of John Shipton?

Wikijustice Julian Assange’s Actions

Among these letters, a French activist from Wikijustice receives on August 17 the incredible letter which has since made us act intensely for her release. Three sentences like the verses of a poem written in a writing that resembles the different signatures that we could find on various documents signed by Julian Assange and published on the internet: “Thanks B for fithing for me, I am in a very Dark presently place. Light up from night until victory! JA “. On the back of the sheet the same hand traced the number of Julian Assange’s nut A9379AY surmounted by the SOS code in Morse code. SOS, a call for help.

Wikijustice had immediately contacted by twitter, Facebook and email John Shipton, Christine Assange, Kristinn Hrafnsson, and by mail Jennifer Robinson, Gareth Peirce, Mark Summers and Geoffrey Robertson asking them to please authenticate the letter via handwriting analysis. We have received no response. Mrs. Morris also fell silent all summer. How to believe that she was present alongside Julian Assange in these dramatic moments when he sent an SOS letter like a bottle thrown into the sea? Only a desperate and alone man sends an SOS to strangers.

We then had the intuition that “very dark place” was not a literary metaphor as some well-intentioned people wanted us to believe. “Dark place” is the name of the secret and illegal prisons located in the vassal countries that the United States used to imprison and torture their opponents after having illegally removed them (“extraordinary rendition”). People were thus detained and tortured, from 2001 to 2006, in Poland, Lithuania, Morocco, Thailand, Egypt… In Europe, British airports served as starting points for “secret flights” of tortured prisoners bound for the centers death of the CIA in the countries mentioned (29). We had good reason to believe that Julian Assange could be detained and tortured in one of these centers. In Poland, for example, there are several official American military bases, but also secret structures and centers, what we know by Polish political activists opposed to the submission of their country to the United States and repressed for their opinions by justice. and the police.

This is how we amplified the questions and demanded that Great Britain give proof of Julian Assange’s life. We were only a little relieved when Donald Trump inexplicably canceled, at the last minute, his highly publicized visit to Westerplatte in Poland scheduled for September 1, 2019, for the commemorations of the start of the Second World War. Indeed, a powerful American armada was then in the military port of Gdansk and it was not prohibited to imagine that the delivery of a political prisoner could be carried out from a secret prison to one of these boats. It is better to imagine the worst and prevent it than to let the worst happen on the pretext that imagining the worst would be “conspiratorial” or stupid.

We have, since early August, made visit requests to Julian Assange on the “visit a prisoner” site (30). These requests were met not with refusal but with the cryptic response that Julian Assange “is not available”. So is it there or is it not there? We arrested Belmarsh prison by email, mail, complaint document and we physically went to the “Visitors Center” on September 21 and October 10, 2019. We were told that the prisoner manages a “visitor list” and that we must ask him by email or post to be included in this list if we wish to visit him. But how do we know if Julian Assange receives our letters well, when the parcels we sent him were obviously never given to him (proof of the post in support, the parcels remain in the post and are not delivered to the prison…), that undelivered letters are not returned to us, even though it is the law and there is no proof that he received our emails and even the money sent via the website of the prison ? Our procedures had been described in several of our articles. We have published Julian Assange’s SOS letter many times.

It is curious that this letter never moved Stella Morris. She never considered it important, useful for the fight, to explain to us where her companion really is, to give evidence of her life and her health when thousands of European activists spent the summer months in anxiety and to act with all their might so that light is shed on the “dark place”. Until today, we have not received any explanation from Stella Morris whether or not Julian Assange receives the letters and packages that the many activists send him. It seems to me, however, that these disinterested actions deserve respect and that it is also beneficial for the struggle that the relatives of a political prisoner maintain close relations with the militants.

On October 10, 2019, I was attacked by two guards from Belmarsh who wanted to force me to leave the visitor center or I came to ask questions on the “visitor list”. The volunteers of the PACT association prevented them from doing so. We have written countless complaints and complaints to the prison administration. They originated from two letters of response from Mr. Harding, director of Belmarsh prison (31). These letters can be summed up in one sentence: “As no prisoner is kept in solitary confinement in Belmarsh, it is not the prison which is responsible for his condition showing symptoms of torture”. Indeed, our intervention at the Westminster Magistrate Court at the hearing on September 20, 2019 where Julian Assange was absent, then at that of October 11 where he was presented on video very badly, pale, shaggy, emaciated and haggard, we have led to demand from the English authorities an immediate end to the torture that Julian Assange visibly suffered. We also called for the cessation of this unfair trial and the immediate release of Julian Assange for health reasons, especially since he was no longer convicted, but in pre-trial detention during the extradition procedure.

Meanwhile, Stella Morris, mother of children and partner of Julian Assange according to him, were absent from the hearings and was silent. Nor did she initiate a request for bail on the grounds of breadwinner. A father has not only the right to see his children, but also the obligation to support them. This is precisely the first action taken by the lawyers of Polish prisoners awaiting extradition: asking for release on the grounds of family support, as I have seen by attending several such hearings on 11 and 18 October 2019 at the Westminster Magistrate Court. Maitre Goscinski, Maitre Mastalerz and Maitre Matelska, lawyers defending the Poles threatened with extradition, explained to me that this procedure is very simple to perform and that it can be renewed every 28 days during the extension hearing. custody. A prisoner himself can request his release on bail for family reasons by filling out a short form available for example in this guide distributed in prisons (32).

British judges easily grant this release if the detainee can demonstrate that he has a stable address in the United Kingdom, a family and a possibility of income. Julian Assange is the manager of a film production company, Sunshine Press Production, which did generate some income in 2019 (33). He fully meets the criteria that so many migrants from the East meet and are released by the judges of the Westminster Court, including by Vanessa Baraitser, the following day. Of course, the case of Julian Assange may seem more complicated, but is it so legally different from the other accused? No. There should be no political prisoner in a democracy. Or we are no longer in a democracy.

At least it would be politically interesting to use this possibility offered by law to demand relentlessly every month his release. Relatives of Julian Assange, here John Shipton and especially Stella Morris did not use this possibility even though the status of British citizen Madame Morris and mother of children I presume recognized by Julian Assange gave him the power to grant the stable address in Great Britain which was lacking in Assange in 2010-2011. In addition, it is quite possible to get married while in prison and marriage would give non-British citizen Julian Assange the opportunity to acquire residence rights and stabilize his social situation. Stella Morris did not use all of these possibilities while Wikijustice had sent a request for release to the Westminster Magistrate Court since October 2019.

The absences of Madame Stella Morris

Stella Morris was also absent from the hearing on October 21, 2019, which was the first victory of activists demanding the right to physically appear at his own trial, guaranteed in particular by the ECHR and included in the Habeas Corpus. Julian Assange appeared there very weak physically and psychologically (34). On her face, I read a feeling of great loneliness and great distress. He did not greet his lawyers or the people around him. Impossible to know if he noticed the absence of Stella Morris, it must be said that today either it is not him who talks about his relationship with her to the media, but she who talks about him to her square. When he rebelled and spoke despite the judge’s opposition and the lack of support from his lawyers, he found it difficult to finish his sentences and spoke of “the theft of DNA from his children ”and“ the intrusion of psychologists into its interior ”. At the time we thought that “DNA children” could evoke its IT processes because “parent children” are metaphors used for servers and software. Stella Morris did not show any emotion at all about these terrible words which were echoed by the press and the militants. She did not think it would have been useful and important to explain them. In any case, she will be absent from the hearings of November 18 and December 13 during which the state of Julian Assange deteriorates brutally. Julian Assange is therefore no longer able to pronounce his name and is unable to follow the court proceedings. Wikijustice analyzes his suffering as a result of the torture. We demand his immediate release, access to healthcare elsewhere than in Great Britain or in another country dependent on the United States and the end of the extradition procedure. Swiss activists then mobilized to start the procedure for access to a humanitarian visa for Julian Assange. The President of Mexico calls for his immediate release.

Has Stella Morris seen her partner’s health deteriorate? If she was unable to visit him, she could at least have attended the hearings.

She appeared in court on December 19 and 20, in the public, as an accompanist of the young MC McGrath. On December 20, when Julian Assange is to appear physically at the Westminster Court as a witness or victim and not as an accused within the framework of the European Investigative Order (EIO) procedure, she prepares this appearance in a “consultation room” in company of MC McGrath and Fidel Narvaez. Finally, the hearing takes place behind closed doors and the activists are prevented from attending. We, activists of Wikijustice, we could only glimpse Julian Assange surrounded by security guards in room N ° 4. During the hours of waiting that we spent in court, we tried to ask Mrs. Morris, present on the stairs and corridors of the court, if she had more information about this strange procedure. She ignored us with a casual and cold backhand. Funny way to fight for the liberation of his companion that the contempt displayed towards people who work tirelessly so that injustice recedes. We are not mere bearers of signs. The fight for justice requires all our resources and our intelligence. It would be good if they were respected by the one who today claims to be the closest to Julian Assange.

On January 13, 2020, the court allowed Julian Assange to appear a second time physically. It is an important moment which allows us to communicate with him by gestures in the absence of words, since our letters no longer reach him and we have proof of this by post tracking. Ms. Morris is present in the courtroom accompanied by the strange “lawyers” who do not plead – MC McGrath and Jennifer Robinson. She does not greet Julian Assange, makes no sign to him, even when he tries to speak, does not even encourage him in gesture and generally remains in a cold and impersonal attitude. The testimony of journalist Véronique Pidancet Barrière, present opposite Julian Assange among the journalists, clearly reflects the atmosphere of this court and the attitude of lawyers and the public (35). Julian Assange appears there more than ever as a lonely and hopeless man, a man who struggles in an intense internal suffering and who seeks by the look a contact with a friendly person. He comes alive and regains hope thanks to this visual communication with Véronique Pidancet Barrière, the only one watching him among all the journalists seated inside the courtroom.
Impossible to believe by observing his suffering, which I was able to do being also present in the public (36), that he would be a man fulfilled and supported by the presence of two sons who grow up surrounded by the love of a mother and a loved and loving companion. It is then said that he is no longer placed in solitary confinement, isolation which is moreover illegal. Family visits are a basic right and should therefore have been granted in accordance with British prison regulations. (37)

In addition, Stella Morris was not present among the activists who, on January 13, 2020, blocked the van carrying Julian Assange from the court after the hearing. However, this rare moment tolerated by the British police was essential to show the solidarity of the people with Julian Assange. The activists were able to show him through the window words written on placards, make him signs of support with his hands on the window glass, shout slogans and words of encouragement at this rare moment when he can hear with certainty. The photos of Julian Assange then taken by the photographers show a man whose eyes come back to life. It is through this “French activism” (“activism in French fashion” according to the qualifier of one of the security agents admiring the combativeness of the Yellow Vests) that we breathe life into it and hope a man who saw himself dying lonely in “a dark place”.

Stella Morris at the trial in February

On January 23 and February 19 while Julian Assange appeared on video motionless, prostrate and as absent (may be drugged on medication), Stella Morris participated in the trial in the courtroom, in the back row of the room, next to MC McGrath who is then qualified as “scholar”, student or trainee by the secretary of the court. MC McGrath, computer scientist and hacker, actually has no right to be in this place since he is not a lawyer. Stella Morris does not seem more overwhelmed by the emotion at the sight of Julien Assange than it was before December 19 in the public. No sign of connivance, no smile …

His professional discretion continues during the long and trying hours of the “full extradition hearing” “final extradition trial” of 24, 25, 26 and 27 February 2020, in room 2 at interior of the Woolwich Crown Court adjoining the Thameside and Belmarsh prisons. I find in my memory and recorded in my writings (38) the location where she was and her behavior during the trial. Sitting just in front of Julian Assange in the back row of the courtroom (the accused’s box is at the back of the room here while he is left of the room at the Westminter court), Stella Morris accompanied Baltazar Garzon and MC McGrath the first two days of the trial. The third day she sits in the same place to the right of the Spanish-speaking lawyer Aitor Martinez and the fourth day is Jennifer Robinson who reappears and accompanies her.

Stella Morris does not turn to Julian Assange when he enters the box and when the emotion in the public gallery is at its height. She doesn’t bother to get up and shake her hand during breaks, as Baltazar Garzon does twice. She just takes the little papers he sends her and puts them in the front row towards Gareth Peirce and Edward Hamilton Fitzgerald. I observed his face as I observe everyone in the audience to understand who is who and who does what in this show. I found him impassive like that of the other protagonists of the game and as he had been in previous meetings.

On Wednesday February 26, on the third day of the trial, Julian Assange’s state of health worsened. He is pale and prostrate in the morning, livid and on the verge of discomfort in the early afternoon. I was able to describe the events hot and publish the information the same evening (39). At the end of the afternoon, the prisoner suddenly rebelled . He gets up and talks, gestures and demands three times for the judge to listen to him. While the lawyers panic, go out to consult with the authorization of the judge, the security guard who monitors the public escapes allowing us to give free rein to our emotions and our stupor … Stella Morris seated right in front of the The man of his life does not encourage him in his revolt or even comfort him when she is 1 meter from him.

Admittedly, its erasure is such that I cannot be certain today that I observed all its gestures, my attention was then absorbed by Julian Assange. But it is obvious that it played no role in the lawyers’ decision to accept Vanessa Baraitser’s proposed bail request to prevent the prisoner from collapsing live in front of the witnesses. thus placing it in a very uncomfortable position. We publish the news the same evening by sending yet another release request from Wikijustice. We are very disappointed when Fitzgerald makes no mention of his client’s bail the next day, February 27, 2020, the last day of the trial.

When Julian Assange comes out of his torpor and the atmosphere of collective hypnosis fades, at the end of the audience, Stella Morris is one of the first to come towards him, finally, but she is only one among others. She’s not the one Julian Assange talks to first, or the one he says hi to before leaving the room.

Because the common point of all these communications, that of the Daily Mail on Easter Saturday, like those broadcast since, is that Julian Assange does NOT speak publicly. It is not he who presents his fiancée or his family. Again it is someone who speaks for them, as if they were too sick to speak or under guardianship and unable to present their interests and dialogue with their audience. Alas, in the atmosphere exacerbated by stories of all kinds told wrongly and through, I will believe this story only if Julian Assange, free from any pressure, presents it himself. Preferably live and not easily video editable.

Julian Assange and children’s rights

I already see coming those who will reproach me for my disbelief makes these incessant flip-flops “close” to Julian Assange. Why would it be so uncomfortable to accept the idea of Julian Assange father of two? In fact, I have no problem with this assumption.

I know that Julian Assange has always been touched by the plight of children and has denounced the crimes and abuses of which too many children are victims. Presenting the film “Collateral Murder” and the documents relating to the crimes of the United States in Iraq and Afghanistan for which he is accused, he always stressed, in his conferences from April to October 2010, the revolting fate of children.

It was he who published the 1,100 pages of Belgian police documents on violence committed against children by the pedophile criminal gangs as part of the investigation into Marc Dutroux (40). Knowing that the paper versions of the reports on the hearings of victims and witnesses of human trafficking from Eastern Europe to Western countries, from 1996 to 2001, strangely burned in the police archives Belgian, there is therefore only one version that remains: the one that Julian Assange saved on “Wikileaks” and made available to our knowledge so that citizens can seize it to finish the work of the too slow or too corrupt justice.
Finally, we must also mention the role of the publication of John Podesta’s mails for which Julian Assange received acerbic criticism even in his own camp in 2016: these mails were the beginning of a citizen investigation which made it possible to make fall Jeffrey Epstein, the criminal provider of children for sale for the US and British jet set (41). Julian Assange and some of his relatives who helped him in the isolation of 3 Hans Crescent always defended children.
Failing to believe in the story of a clandestine but warm family life, I
look at the photos that Stella Morris provided to the media of Julian Assange carrying babies in his arms as a metaphor for his true commitment to rights and freedoms of the smallest of us.

We will not let go of this fight to make it liberate and liberate all those who suffer and who fight. We will not allow ourselves to be locked into disease or panic. Human rights are universal and collective struggle will lead us to victory. We will not be hypnotized by fear and repression. If we fall, others will come out in our place. We are many and our thoughts are more than ever united in our actions for freedom and justice. Julian Assange is not alone and we are always by his side.
